About Business of Manners

Founded in 1989, Business of Manners is a consulting company specializing in etiquette and the social graces. From dining with dignitaries to cellphone manners, the company offers sage advice on how to navigate today's modern world with grace and poise.

Business of Manners offers a range of seminars and workshops, from kidiquette events that teach children early manners through to customized corporate presentations for senior executives. Company president Adeodata Czink also delivers keynote speeches, serves as an etiquette consultant to film sets, and is a media spokesperson.

Our mission is to provide knowledge of different cultures, so that through understanding we may become more tolerant of each other.

About Adeodata Czink, Founder and President

Adeodata Czink, a multilingual classical musician, had her etiquette training right from the cradle—she was raised in the diplomatic community in Stockholm, Sweden. Over the years, she has learned how to say thank you in over 20 languages, a skill that has proven helpful in demonstrating courtesy and putting people at ease.

She founded Business of Manners to share her vast knowledge of the social graces with others. Through her many workshops and seminars, Adeodata has helped people from all walks of life polish their image and improve their social confidence.

Prior to Business of Manners, Adeodata was the director for a New York-based modelling agency in Toronto, and trained debutantes for the Annual Helicon Ball.

Offstage, she is a Recognized Therapeutic Touch Practitioner, and sings Gregorian chants for the dying. Based in Toronto, she travels extensively.
